MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Eastern Regional Surgical Center is:

A.         To provide high quality outpatient elective surgical care to the people of Wilson County and the surrounding referral areas in the State of North Carolina.

B.         To provide the most cost effective surgical care in the area.

C.        To provide an independent, pleasant and convenient workplace for physicians as an extension of their offices.

D.        To offer services to all patients within range of their financial capabilities.

E.         To continuously study and improve the processes of providing surgical health care services by a top level commitment to quality, a non-punitive environment, education in quality improvement techniques, attention to opportunities to improve systems and commitment of resources to carry out ongoing improving.
